No LoanMivo account. No bank connection. No loan inputs sent to our servers. Advertising, optional analytics and system backups are explained below.
01Who this policy covers
This policy covers the LoanMivo Android app (Google Play package com.ll22.mivo) and this website. LoanMivo is operated by the developer identified in its Google Play listing. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@loanmivo.top.
02Loan information on your device
Loan amounts, rates, terms, saved scenarios and payment records are processed within the app on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores those loan inputs. You do not need to register or connect a bank account.
Saved scenarios and preferences remain until you delete them, clear app storage or uninstall the app, subject to Android backup. Removing one saved scenario removes its associated local payment history. Uninstalling does not delete files you exported elsewhere or copies in system backups.
03Scanning, exports and reminders
Offer images and recognized loan text are processed on the device using Google ML Kit. LoanMivo does not upload the document content to us. Recognition components may need an initial download, and Google services may process technical diagnostics under their own terms.
CSV, PDF and shared image exports are created locally. If you choose to share them, the receiving app or recipient handles the copy under its own practices. Payment reminders use notification permission when enabled. LoanMivo does not request access to contacts, precise location, phone numbers or your general photo library.
04Advertising and consent
The free app uses Google AdMob and may use mediation partners listed below. Depending on the consent choices, region and ad configuration, these providers may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and app information, ad interactions, diagnostics and fraud-prevention signals. They process data to serve, measure and protect advertising under their own policies. Your loan amounts and payment records are not supplied as ad targeting inputs.
The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform for applicable advertising choices. You can revisit Privacy choices in Settings where available, and manage advertising identifiers in Android settings. Non-personalized ads may still involve limited technical data. Removing ads is separate from the optional analytics setting.
05Optional analytics and diagnostics
Where Firebase is included in a release, usage analytics, ad-revenue events and crash reporting are off by default and enabled through the separate Usage analytics setting. Firebase Remote Config may fetch app configuration after you opt in. Data may include app interactions, product and ad placement identifiers, ad revenue, device or app metadata, installation identifiers and crash diagnostics. Loan amounts, rates and payment schedules are not logged as analytics parameters by the app.
You can turn this setting off to stop future optional collection. It does not automatically erase data already processed by a provider. Ask support@loanmivo.top about requests concerning data we control; Google’s privacy resources explain its own tools and retention practices.
06Purchases and Google Play
Google Play processes payments, subscriptions and purchase history. The app receives purchase status, product identifiers and purchase tokens to verify and restore access. We do not receive your payment-card details. Google may retain transaction records under its own policy and legal obligations. Manage subscriptions and refund requests through Google Play.
07Android backup and deletion
The app permits Android backup and device transfer of saved scenarios and general preferences. Depending on your device settings, those copies may be stored in your Google backup or transferred to another device. This is system-managed storage, not a LoanMivo cloud account.
Delete saved scenarios in My Loans or clear the app’s storage in Android settings. Manage existing backups through Android or your Google account. Copies you export or share must be deleted separately. We cannot access or delete your on-device data remotely.
08This website
The website does not use advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Its interactive calculator runs in your browser and does not submit the amounts you enter. Language selection uses page URLs rather than a tracking profile.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, necessarily processes technical request data such as IP address, browser information and request details to deliver and secure the website. Operational data is handled under the provider’s policies and the hosting account’s settings. Following a Google Play link takes you to a separate service.
09Why data is processed and how long it remains
Local processing provides the calculations and saved plans you request. Connected providers process information for app delivery, purchases, advertising, optional product diagnostics and security. Where applicable, optional analytics and personalized advertising rely on your consent; requested services, legal duties and legitimate security interests may support other processing.
Local records remain as described above. If you email support, we use the message and reply address to respond and keep correspondence only as needed for the request, security or legal obligations. Providers and backups have their own retention and deletion controls; we do not promise one retention period for independently managed services.
10Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of personal data we control, and to withdraw consent. Contact support@loanmivo.top. We may need enough information to verify a request, but you should not send full loan documents unless necessary. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
We do not sell your loan records. Advertising providers may carry out processing considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some regional laws; use the applicable in-app privacy choices to limit this. Providers may process data in other countries under their applicable safeguards and policies.
11Children and changes
LoanMivo is not designed for children under 13 or the applicable local digital-consent age. We do not knowingly solicit their personal information. A parent or guardian with a concern can contact support@loanmivo.top.
We may update this policy as features or providers change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website as appropriate.

Provider availability varies by release, region and ad inventory. These links explain independent provider practices; the presence of an SDK does not mean every provider is active on every session.
