01Using LoanMivo
These terms cover the LoanMivo Android app (com.ll22.mivo) and website, provided by the developer identified in its Google Play listing. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Contact support@loanmivo.top with questions. You must be legally able to accept these terms, or use the service with appropriate parent or guardian authorization.
02Estimates, not financial advice
Results are estimates based on your inputs and selected assumptions. Rounding, compounding, payment dates, taxes, insurance, fees, penalties, lender practices and local rules can change the actual outcome. Estimated APR or effective annual rates are not a certification of a lender’s legally required disclosures. The website demo is a simplified fixed-rate monthly illustration.
LoanMivo does not provide loans, credit approvals, brokerage or personalized advice. No result is an offer, a guarantee of savings or an assurance of eligibility. Verify the figures and contract with your lender, and seek qualified advice when appropriate.
03Scanning and saved records
Document recognition can misread or omit information. Check all extracted values before calculating. Saved payment logs and expected balances are personal planning records, not official bank statements or proof of payment. A reminder is not a guarantee that a payment will be made or that a notification will arrive. You remain responsible for lender deadlines.
04Free features and optional purchases
The core app is supported by ads. Remove Ads, Pro Lifetime and, where offered, Pro Yearly provide different benefits as described at checkout. Some features may also have temporary rewarded access where available. Current price, taxes, duration and entitlements are shown before payment. We do not charge for taking out a loan because we do not offer loans.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time entitlement for the purchased product during the supported life of the app; it does not guarantee that the app, operating system or store will be supported forever. Existing purchases will not be converted into recurring charges without your agreement.
05Subscriptions, cancellation and restoration
If you choose an auto-renewing annual subscription, Google Play charges the disclosed amount and renews it unless you cancel according to its displayed terms. Manage or cancel it in Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access generally continues for the paid period, subject to applicable law and store rules.
Restore eligible purchases using the same Google Play account. Purchase verification and restoration require internet access. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s rules and your applicable statutory rights. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer protections.
06Responsible use and ownership
Use the app and site lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, bypass purchase checks, distribute malware or copy protected materials beyond permissions allowed by law. You keep rights to your own inputs and exported records. LoanMivo branding, code and original designs remain the property of their respective rights holders. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purposes.
07Privacy, third parties and backups
Our privacy policy explains local loan processing, advertising providers, optional diagnostics, purchases and Android backup. Google Play, Google services and other apps you choose to share with have their own terms. We do not control those services.
Maintain independent copies of records you need. Device loss, deletion, failed backup or software changes can affect local data. Exported and shared files remain under your control and the recipient’s practices.
08Availability and changes
We may update the app, adjust features or discontinue services. Compatibility and online features depend on supported devices and third parties. Where the law requires notice or remedies for material changes to a paid service, those rights apply. We may restrict misuse to protect users and the service.
09Responsibility and consumer rights
We aim to provide useful and reliable tools but cannot guarantee error-free calculations or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate inputs, reliance on estimates or independent lender decisions.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory rights for consumers, including applicable rights concerning digital content, negligence, fraud or personal injury. Your local mandatory law and competent courts remain available; these terms do not impose binding arbitration or waive collective rights.
